User Obligations

As a user of PharmaText, you agree to provide us with the necessary permissions to install our software on your pharmacy computer equipped with the Kroll software. You also agree to allow us to coordinate with Kroll to fully set up the integration.

Our Obligations

PharmaText promises to send reminders as per the refill report provided by the Kroll software, two days prior to the outlined refill date associated with the patient. We commit to upholding all security and privacy measures as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Limitations and Disclaimers

​

PharmaText services are provided "as is". While we strive to maintain the highest levels of service, we cannot be held liable for any disruption in service or inaccuracies in the content of reminders.

Governing Law

​

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the federal laws of Canada, with any disputes to be resolved in either British Columbia or Alberta, as agreed by the parties.

Cancellation/Termination of Service

​

As a user, you have the right to cancel your service at any time. In the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, PharmaText reserves the right to terminate your service.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

​

PharmaText reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be communicated to all users in a timely manner.
